Our agency is governed by the law of the State of Illinois and regulated by the Office of the Attorney General, 100 W. Randolph Street, Chicago, IL 60601. Our agency, or I am not an attorney licensed to practice law and my not give legal advice or provide legal services.  I may not accept fees for legal advice or legal services.  I am not accredited to represent you before the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services or the immigration board of appeals.  At the time of service we will provide you with a contract that states:  The individual providing assistance to you is not an attorney licensed to practice law or accredited by the board of Immigration Services, the Department of Law, the Department of State or any immigration authorities and my not give legal advice or accept fees for legal advice.   We are only authorized to assist in preparing forms and/or translating documents.  We cannot give advice as to whether anyone will qualify for an immigration benefit.   There are no guarantees.   Information given to the Immigration & Naturalization Service is not confidential.  Special Terms of this contract:  You may cancel this Contract within three (3) business days (72 hours) and get your money back for work not performed.  For purposes of calculating the 3-day cancellation period, Saturdays, Sundays, and Legal Holidays will not be calculated as business days.  You may cancel this Contract by requesting and signing a cancellation form in our office during regular business hours.  Our agency may not keep any of your documents for any reason, including nonpayment of compensation or costs.  Our agency is required to provide you with a copy of this Contract and explain its terms and notices.
